- meetings only in the afternoon
- Block the first three hours of the day for the most important task, no interruptions
- Cellphone upside down, no sound, check notifications only after lunch

- if you’re trying to sleep.. everything else is useless, just deep breathing and sleep.

9:30 - 10:00 daily meeting
10:30 - 12:00 focused work
12:30 - 13:00 work out
13:00 - 14:00 lunch
14:00 - 18:00 meetings, emails, documentation, tests…
